She has won 13 Grammy awards, as well as the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. B.B. King once remarked that Bonnie Raitt was “the best damn slide player working today”.

Every member of the band is a great fan of her, and drawing on our many years of musical experience, we strive to recreate the energy and soul of her live shows. Last night’s sold out show at Avogadro’s Number was a fantastic presentation of the timeless music Raitt has created… Having five singers in this band made the overall sound very full and robust. They chose so many wonderful songs that everyone in the audience knew and sang along with. Drawing inspiration from blues, rock, classic rock and jazz, the band was wildly tight and fun to watch. Not only is this band honoring one of the greatest blues player of our time, they must be incredibly honored to be playing with each other. They all brought so much to the musical table and it was easy to see and feel their joy performing.

The Town of Windsor had a pleasure working with Luck of the Draw, as part of our town’s Summer Concert Series, and they were an absolute joy from start to finish. Their energy and optimism were contagious—while I was ready to cancel the event due to weather their response was this is the “luck of the draw”. So, we went forward with it and it was a beautiful night full of fun, excitement, a great crowd, and beautiful weather! Thank you for being a great band to kick off our summer!
